We are excited to have you join us for the 2019 IGEN National Meeting which is being hosted by our meeting partners at the University of Central Florida.

Registration Fees

Graduate Student* $45
Non-Student $375
Bridge Member** $200
UCF Faculty or UCF Staff $45

Registration fee and conference sponsor support will enable us to provide participants with meals during the conference. This includes dinner on Friday, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday.

* Limited travel funds are available to support graduate students studying in the physical sciences who are participating in bridge programs. Priority will be given to first year graduate students and those who have nearly completed their graduate studies.

** Two members of academic departments which are official bridge partners with IGEN member societies may register at this reduced rate.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received in writing by October 11, 2019. Please email Jay Liu, IGEN Project Coordinator at JLiu@IGENetwork.org

Photo Release

IGEN and its partner organizations will be taking photographs and video at the IGEN National Meeting. By registering for the IGEN National Meeting and its associated events, you agree to allow IGEN and its partner organizations to use photos and/or video footage of you in IGEN and IGEN partner related publications, materials, websites, or promotions.
